Customer Service Representative

Familytree is looking for a qualified candidate to help serve our customers. An ideal candidate is someone that can communicate effectively with customers, and help them solve their problems in a friendly and empathetic manner. Needed is the ability to keep up with and organize multiple conversations and issues simultaneously to ensure follow ups and issues are getting resolved quickly.
Duties:
Communicating with customers via email and chat every day
Answering customer questions
Helping customers with problems
Helping customers with returns
Validating shipping addresses by reaching out to customers
Processing / making changes to orders
Communicating with Internal Fulfillment on orders/issues
Communicating with our frameshop vendor
Entering Framed Art orders into the vendor order portal
